DSF dispersing and grading machine is a specialized supporting equipment for extrusion grinding systems in the cement industry. It integrates crushing, dispersion, and powder selection, simplifies the process flow, reduces the footprint, and saves investment. The crusher, roller press, and tube mill together form a roller press grinding combined system, which greatly improves grinding efficiency and reduces system voltage. Therefore, it is widely used in the cement industry.

After the material cake squeezed by the roller press is lifted by the bucket elevator, the material enters the disperser through the two feed ports of the disperser and classifier. The high-speed rotating dispersing disc squeezes and crushes the material cake, and some of the material hits the impact plate installed on the shell for secondary crushing. The crushed materials enter the classification chamber through the collection hopper and are dispersed onto the spreading tray from the material ports on both sides. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is fully and uniformly dispersed to the inner wall of the grading chamber to form a material curtain. When passing through the grading zone, due to the combined action of gravity and wind, qualified fine powder in the material is blown down between the inner and outer cylinders and collected by the ash hopper to form the finished product. On the contrary, the coarse powder falls into the inner cylinder and is returned to the roller press through the bucket elevator for re squeezing.
