1.This dust collector combines the advantages of various types of bag dust collectors, such as pulse jet bag dust collectors and chamber back blowing. It overcomes the disadvantages of pulse jet bag dust collectors, such as requiring a large number of pulse valves, inconvenient bag replacement, simultaneous filtration and dust cleaning, and insufficient dust cleaning strength of chamber back blowing bag dust collectors. As a result, the bag dust collector has increased adaptability, improved dust collector efficiency, and extended filter bag life.

2. A single pulse valve is used to spray the bag in its entirety, without the need for spraying above the bag opening, making it extremely convenient to remove and replace the bag. Box type dust cleaning is carried out by isolating and rotating each box during cleaning, avoiding the problem of secondary flying of the jet pulse bag dust collector At the same time, it ensures the cleaning effect.

3. The entire box design utilizes the structure of inlet and outlet manifolds. The ash hopper can be extended to the inlet main pipe, allowing the incoming dusty flue gas to directly enter the expanded ash hopper and achieve the effect of pre dust collection. Therefore, this series of dust collectors can not only handle general concentration dusty gases, but also handle high concentration dusty gases up to 1000g/cm3.
