The BS930 electrostatic precipitator is a new type of dust collection equipment produced by our company using technology from the German company "Luchi". The shell adopts a box girder frame structure, which has the advantages of light weight, high strength, good stability, and easy installation. For explosion-proof products, in addition to special treatment of the shell and internal structure, an explosion-proof alarm system is also equipped. Once an explosion occurs, the automatic pressure relief device on the shell will automatically open, ensuring the safety of the entire machine. The electric field adopts ZT-24 type anode plate and B5 (V15, V0) cathode wire structure, and the channel adopts a 400mm wide spacing. This pole wire configuration can improve the average voltage and plate current density of the electric field, and has a high charging capacity for high specific resistance dust that is difficult to capture, thus improving the driving speed and dust collection efficiency of the dust. Both poles of vibration use rocker hammers for side vibration, with a vibration speed of up to 200g (g is the acceleration due to gravity), ensuring safe and reliable operation with minimal maintenance workload. The air intake can adopt three methods: upper intake, lower intake, and horizontal intake. Gas distribution plates are installed inside the air inlet to improve the uniform distribution of airflow. When using upper or lower intake, it is necessary to use folding blade and louver types for dealing with high dust concentration flue gas. |
