The XYG-type roller press grinding system is a new type of efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly grinding system developed by our company in collaboration with domestic universities and colleges, after absorbing advanced foreign technologies and processes.
The system comprises a roller press, a disperser, a ball mill, and a powder concentrator. It is not only suitable for the construction of new factories but also more applicable for the renovation of production lines in existing factories. This system boasts high automation, low operating costs, reduced investment, reasonable process layout, small footprint, convenient arrangement, and easy maintenance. It is widely used in industries such as cement, metallurgy, and mining.
This machine applies the principle of high-pressure material layer crushing with low energy consumption, adopting a working method where crushing is performed by groups. Brittle materials undergo high-pressure extrusion (the pressure zone of this machine is approximately 150 MPa), causing the particle size of the materials to rapidly decrease. The content of fine powder smaller than 0.08 mm reaches 20-30%, and materials smaller than 2 mm account for more than 70%. Additionally, a large number of cracks exist in all the extruded materials, which significantly reduces the energy consumption required for grinding in the next process. The grinding system using this equipment can increase production by 50-100% compared to a grinding system without this equipment. Furthermore, due to minimal wear, the unit wear is greatly reduced, and the noise and dust emission of the equipment during operation are also low, improving the manual labor environment and fully demonstrating its excellent economic and social benefits.
