The working principle of the HJ series powder mixer is to cut the material more than 1800 times per minute on the cross section, and then participate in the composition combination of new materials with the smallest unit. The mixed material is uniform and does not damage the original material particle size. Specially arranged propeller blades ensure the three-dimensional movement of materials in the radial, circumferential, and axial directions, forming a composite cycle of reciprocating movement, continuous multiple mixing, and achieving uniform composition in a short period of time. According to the sampling standard GB/T176-1996, the standard deviation of the outlet is S ≤ 1.62. To ensure the efficient, long-term, and stable operation of the mixer, the key components of the equipment - bearings - are made of domestic famous brand bearings, which can guarantee normal operation for 10 years. The wear-resistant material inside the machine is wear-resistant steel independently developed and produced by our company. The blades do not need to be replaced within one year, and the lining plate can guarantee operation for more than 5 years.


The HJ series powder mixer is an equipment introduced and developed by our company for the new grinding process in the cement industry.
