[Overview] The FU type chain conveyor, abbreviated as the "chain conveyor", is a new type of continuous conveying equipment manufactured with advanced technology from both domestic and foreign sources, used for horizontal (or inclined ≤ 15 °) conveying of powdered materials. It can be widely applied to industries such as building materials, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. [Features] 1. Efficient conveying: The material flows as a whole in the machine slot Therefore, a smaller machine slot space can transport a large amount of materials, and the external dimensions of the equipment should also be correspondingly reduced; 2. Low energy consumption: The machine uses internal friction of materials for conveying, and the conveyor chain and the casing move frictionlessly. Under the same conveying capacity and longer conveying distance, the power consumption of this machine is about 40% lower than that of a screw conveyor. 3. Low failure rate: The rollers on the conveyor chain roll on the guide rail, and there is no friction between the conveyor chain and the casing. The chain is made by heat treatment of alloy steel, with a normal service life of about 3 years and a low failure rate during operation. There are no lubrication points in the conveyor except for the head and tail bearings. [Main technical parameters] The specifications and main parameters of the chain conveyor are listed in Table 1. The table lists the conveying capacity range of each model at different chain speeds. The same conveying capacity can be selected for different models in the table. If a larger model is chosen, the chain speed is lower and the wear is less, but the equipment investment is higher. If a smaller model is chosen, the chain speed is faster and the wear is relatively higher, but the equipment investment is less. It should be pointed out that when the actual conveying capacity does not reach 65% of the machine's conveying capacity, the thin material dust in the machine slot will cause the conveyor chain to run idle, which will also increase equipment wear. Therefore, it is recommended that the actual conveying capacity of the conveyor should not be lower than the minimum value of the conveying capacity in Table 1, and after multiplying the actual conveying capacity by 1.2, it should not be higher than the maximum value of the conveying capacity in the table |
