[Overview]
The ICS (TD, DEL) speed controlled quantitative feeding scale is a dynamic weighing equipment produced by our company for continuous conveying, dynamic measurement, and feeding control of various block, granular materials (such as limestone, iron, clay, etc.) and powdered materials (such as fly ash, cement, etc.).


This product is used to complement the following two control methods developed by our company:
1. Variable frequency speed regulation method for quantitative continuous feeding (equipped with PL-91A weighing display controller and variable frequency speed regulation controller);
2. Computer centralized control for continuous feeding (equipped with PC computer centralized control system and multi-channel amplifier). One system can control 16 belt scales and can be used for one machine and two mills.

[Structural Features]
(1) Integrated direct connection reduction motor, low noise, low vibration, dust resistance, long life, high reliability;
(2) Circular seamless belt with skirt edge, conveying materials smoothly and without leakage;
(3) The end face flange of the reducer is directly connected to the active roller of the evaluation body; Simplified the design of the rotating part. Extremely easy to install;
(4) The design of a unique reed weighing mechanism and a unique weak magnetic gear side speed device ensures accurate and stable weighing and speed measurement signals;
(5) Featuring a unique belt anti deviation device;
(6) Your scale body is installed under the raw material warehouse; No need for electric vibrating feeders or other intermediate feeding equipment.
