This system can effectively monitor the daily production of 700t/d-5000t/d cement production line, perform chain control on all equipment on the production line, and automatically adjust various important parameters. The system can collect and query various production data, process parameters, equipment operation records, and historical curves. Advanced industrial Ethernet technology is used to establish a manufacturing execution system (MES), which is connected to the DCS system to achieve a truly integrated electrical control network system.
Control system composition: Siemens PLCS7-400 series and S7-300 series are selected for the host and network system, DELL computer is used as the upper computer operation station and engineer station, WINCC6.0 combination software and STEP75.2PLC programming software are selected.

System control content: raw material preparation control kiln head, kiln tail control, coal mill control, cement preparation control.
