Overview: The ZSF series thyristor DC speed regulation device is mainly used to regulate the speed of DC motors. It is suitable for control systems that require balanced speed regulation in machine tools, printing and dyeing, woodworking, construction cement, chemical fibers, and pipe drawing. This series of products can regulate the speed of various specifications of DC motors ranging from 10KW to 315KW.

This series adopts three-phase fully controlled rectification and a dual closed-loop system, suitable for separately excited DC motors with a speed of 2000 revolutions per minute or below, armature voltage of 200V or 440V, and equipped with a speed measuring generator. The speed regulation range is 0-2000 revolutions per minute, and it can start directly with a load. When the speed ratio is within 1:5, the grid voltage changes by ± 0.5HZ, the load changes by ± 20%, and the temperature changes by ± 10 ℃, the static accuracy of the system is less than 0.3% (relative to the rated speed, dynamic deceleration △ n/△ H is less than 1%, and the maximum adjustment time △ t is less than 0.5s). After eight hours of driving, the speed drift is less than ± 0.3%. The system circuit includes rectifier bridge, excitation rectifier phase-shifting circuit, speed current loop, and instrument indication. It has overvoltage, overcurrent, undercurrent, and phase difference protection functions. All components will be installed in a one machine cabinet with reasonable layout, compact structure, and easy maintenance.
