Overview:
The BPT series frequency converter is mainly used for motor drive speed regulation in industrial energy-saving automation control. It changes the control mode of regulating flow by adjusting the opening of outlet valves while the motor is always running at full speed. This product is widely used in metallurgy, steel, petroleum, mining, building materials, food, pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemical fibers, papermaking, water supply, and central air conditioning systems.

Basic principle:
The BPT series frequency converter adopts advanced directional voltage vector control mode, which combines magnetic field and torque control. By switching through PGV/F control and adjusting the frequency of the control power supply, the motor speed can be changed to achieve smooth operation at extremely low speeds and high torque, high-precision speed and torque control.

Performance characteristics:
1.Suitable for smooth starting and speed regulation of squirrel cage motors;
2. Good speed regulation smoothness, with a speed regulation range of 1:10 to 1:50;
3. Equipped with torque boosting function, it automatically compensates for the insufficient torque when the speed is low;
4. Equipped with soft start function;
5. Pause acceleration and deceleration function (stall protection)
6. The intelligent fault diagnosis system has protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating, and current limiting.
