Overview:
The LDQG series high-voltage cage motor electro-hydraulic starter is a starting device specially developed to improve the asynchronous starting performance of large and medium-sized AC asynchronous motors and high-voltage synchronous motors. It has the soft starting characteristics of small and constant starting current and gradually increasing speed, and its performance and effect are far superior to reactor starting and self coupling voltage reduction starting.
This product can be widely used in industries such as steel, petrochemicals, building materials, chemicals, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, etc. for high-voltage cage type AC asynchronous motors.

Basic principle:
The LDQG series high-voltage cage motor electro-hydraulic starter changes the resistance value of the liquid resistor in series with the stator circuit, so that the starting voltage of the motor increases with the decrease of the motor slip rate, and the starting current is maintained below three times the rated current.

Performance characteristics:
1. Has soft starting performance, with a starting current of ≤ 3 times the rated current.
2. It can be started continuously 2-3 times and smoothly without any impact on mechanical equipment.
3. The impact on the power grid is relatively small, with a voltage drop of less than 5% and a power factor of over 0.7 during start-up.
4. Closed loop control type, with pre-set starting current and constant current starting.
