Overview
The BYQ series fully automatic liquid resistor is a new product designed and developed by our company to improve the starting performance of large and medium-sized wound asynchronous motors. This device overcomes the disadvantages of old-fashioned starters, such as high starting current, inability to start continuously and difficulty in starting, short service life, and frequent maintenance. It can be widely used for heavy-duty starting of wound motors such as ball mills, fans, rolling mills, crushers, tearing machines, and water pumps in industries such as petrochemicals, building materials, mining, metallurgy, and sugar manufacturing.

Basic Principles
The basic principle of the BYQ series fully automatic liquid resistance starter is to utilize the large thermal capacity of the liquid resistance, connect the liquid resistance in series in the motor rotor circuit, and automatically adjust the resistance value of the resistance infinitely, so that it changes from large to small and finally reaches zero, thereby achieving smooth starting of the motor with voltage reduction and no impact.

Performance Characteristics
1、 Low starting current: The starting current is ≤ 1.3 times the rated current and has no impact on the power grid;
2、 Good starting performance
1. Can be started continuously 5-10 times: without mechanical stress impact on the equipment, it can extend the service life of electromechanical equipment;
2. Starting at low voltage: 380V motor can start smoothly at 340V, 6KV motor at 5.5KV, and 10KV motor at 9KV;
3. The structure and operation are simple, and the installation and maintenance are convenient.
