Overview The HPX static phase shifter is a local low-power compensation device developed by our company specifically for high-power three-phase wound asynchronous motors. It is connected in series with the rotor circuit of the motor to improve the power factor of the motor, reduce stator current, and minimize losses in the motor and transmission lines, thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction. Widely applicable to large and medium-sized wound asynchronous motors in industries such as building materials, chemicals, fertilizers, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, etc. Basic Principles The HPX static phase generator is developed based on the principle of series connection of capacitive voltage in the rotor circuit of a wound motor, which can reduce the motor's no-load power and stator current. The alternating frequency main circuit composed of thyristors detects the zero crossing signal generated by the motor rotor current in the sampling circuit. Through advanced microcomputer control technology, the main circuit converts the 380V, 50HZ AC voltage into a compensation voltage with the same rotor frequency and a phase lag of 90 ° of the rotor current, achieving the goal of improving the power factor of the motor. Performance Characteristics 1.Advanced alternating frequency conversion and microcomputer control technology, with high cost-effectiveness; 2.The power factor of the motor can be increased to above 0.95; 3.Reduce stator current by 10% -20%, and reduce line loss and copper loss by about 20%; 4.The temperature of the motor significantly decreases, the overload capacity increases, and the service life is extended; 5. Equipped with automatic protection against phase loss and overcurrent faults; 6. Easy to operate, convenient to install, debug, and maintain. |
