Xinye Heavy Industry's slag vertical mill is selling well

As the excess capacity of China's cement industry becomes increasingly evident, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has stated that no new production capacity will be added to the industry before 2017. According to statistics from Cementren.com, in the past year of 2013, a total of 67 clinker production lines were put into operation nationwide, with an additional clinker production capacity of 79.67 million tons. In 2012, the figure was 124 production lines and a production capacity of 160 million tons, a decrease of nearly 50%. This undoubtedly has a serious impact on domestic large-scale main equipment suppliers.

Unlike other large-scale host manufacturing enterprises, Jiangsu Xinye Heavy Industry has been receiving frequent good news. The company's General Manager, Lin Xianming, predicted this industry trend change several years ago and early on shifted his business focus to the field of green slag grinding. With the recent shipment of grinding discs for Hunan Huaihua Tiankai Minmao Building Materials, Xinye Heavy Industry has completed the delivery of over 20 sets of vertical mills, including more than 16 sets of slag vertical mills, which are respectively applied to slag micro-powder production lines with annual production capacities of 150,000, 300,000, and 600,000 tons.
It is reported that XYM vertical mill from Xinye Heavy Industry is a reliable, energy-saving, and efficient grinding equipment launched to the market. It is based on advanced foreign vertical mill technologies (such as LM vertical mill from LOESCHE in Germany, RM vertical mill from POLYSIUS, and CK vertical mill from Kawasaki in Japan), and combines years of experience in the use of various vertical mills from well-known domestic enterprises. It can be widely used in cement, steel, slag, metallurgy, and other industries.
After years of introducing, digesting, and absorbing advanced vertical mill grinding technologies from both domestic and international sources, Xinye Heavy Industry's slag vertical mill grinding system equipment has become quite mature. It can produce slag grinding equipment with annual production capacities of 150,000 tons, 300,000 tons, 600,000 tons, and 900,000 tons according to different working conditions, different product quality indicators, and different investment scales. Additionally, it can provide civil engineering and process design solutions, undertake the design of the entire line, product supply, equipment installation and commissioning, and other one-stop services, ensuring that the production meets the standards (specific surface area ≥420m2/kg, power consumption ≤45 kWh/t, standard coal consumption ≤15kg/t slag, initial moisture content of slag ≤10%). Both grinding stations and two slag powder lines of Shandong Juye Huihe Building Materials are general contracted by Xinye Heavy Industry. According to the person in charge of Huihe Building Materials, the slag used by Huihe has high hardness and poor grindability. The use of Xinye Heavy Industry's vertical mill can achieve a production capacity of 60-70 tons per hour, with a grinding roller lifespan of 30,000 hours. For grinding 100,000 tons of slag powder, the roller sleeve and lining plate are welded once.
In addition, Xinye Heavy Industry can undertake the process design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of cement grinding systems, providing a one-stop service to achieve production and compliance with standards. It can design new projects for roller press system engineering and renovate cement production lines with a daily output of less than 10,000 tons in old factories.
The original total output of the Φ2.6x13m and 3.0*13m cement mills used by Henan Queshan Guanlong Building Materials Co., Ltd. was 70t/h. After conducting comprehensive investigations and analyses on its production process, material environment, and other aspects, it was decided to add a set of XYG140-70 roller press (equipped with a V-type powder concentrator) to form an open flow system to increase the system output. After a month and a half of renovation, the grinding system was officially put into operation, and its output increased from the original 70t/h to 120t/h, achieving considerable economic benefits.
