In 2012, the figure was 124 production lines and a production capacity of 160 million tons, a decrease of nearly 50%. This undoubtedly has a serious impact on domestic large-scale main equipment suppliers.

For grinding 100,000 tons of slag powder, the roller sleeve and lining plate are welded once.

The original total output of the Φ2.6x13m and 3.0*13m cement mills used by Henan Queshan Guanlong Building Materials Co., Ltd. was 70t/h. After conducting comprehensive investigations and analyses on its production process, material environment, and other aspects, it was decided to add a set of XYG140-70 roller press (equipped with a V-type powder concentrator) to form an open flow system to increase the system output.
