In the field of roller press manufacturing, Xinye Heavy Industry actively introduces top-notch technologies from both domestic and international sources. Based on user requirements and practical experience feedback, it has improved and upgraded certain key components, gradually developing high-quality roller presses and slag vertical mills that are more suitable for the working conditions of cement enterprises. Since its launch six years ago, Xinye's roller press products have been sold well both domestically and internationally, reaching 29 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions such as Huarong Cement in Taizhou, Jiangsu, Lianhua Cement in Yongzhou, Hunan, Shanshui Cement (Minggong), and Tianheng Cement in Pu'er, Yunnan. These products have also been exported to CJSC Cement Company in Russia and the Bolivian cement project in South America. The sales volume has reached over 100 units, with a 100% pass rate for finished product debugging and a customer satisfaction rate of 95%. Last November, Xinye sold an XYG140-70 roller press (equipped with a V-type powder concentrator) to Queshan Co., Ltd. in Henan. After the original process was modified and adjusted, the total cement grinding output of Guanlong Building Materials increased from 70t/h to 120t/h, resulting in considerable economic benefits for the user. This marks that Xinye's development and production of roller presses have taken the lead among numerous roller press manufacturing enterprises, entering the advanced level of the industry. In terms of vertical mills, Xinye Heavy Industry is not satisfied with simply developing raw material vertical mills. Aiming at China's policy of vigorously developing the circular economy, promoting structural adjustment in the cement industry, and reducing the use of clinker and increasing the addition of mixed materials for energy conservation and waste utilization, Xinye has developed the XYLM type slag vertical mill, which has already been put into use.
