The original total output of the Φ2.6x13m and 3.0*13m cement mills used by Henan Queshan Guanlong Building Materials Co., Ltd. was 70t/h. After our company conducted an investigation and analysis of Queshan Guanlong's production process, material environment, and other aspects, it was decided to add a set of XYG140-70 roller press (equipped with a V-type powder concentrator) to form an open flow system to increase the system output. After a month and a half of renovation, the grinding system was officially put into operation on November 20, 2011. Its output increased from the original 70t/h to 120t/h, achieving considerable economic benefits.
